A popular re-post bulletin (MySpace) seems to be the, "Why must we piss and moan while Shaniqua/Bubba does not."

Well, I think that is a little more clever than THIS IS SO TRUE AND IS BULLSHIT or Fucking Sick. Sorry to pick on any posters out there, but most of these posters expect attempts for me to come up with some creative genius. As I said, this was an attempt.

Was my long-winded nature worth the attempt. Damn, I never thought my literate nature could be so punishing.

So, what I want to discuss is why the MySpace community seems to have taken a right wing approach to welfare abuse.

Hate to be the one to break this to Tom and his millions upon millions of friends, the people who are being discussed in these bulletins probably do not have the means to find out what we are saying. If they do, then they must be going to the public library.

Food stamps won't buy those sleek new Dell's that WalMart now offers.

Hopefully, they are studying to better themselves during their employment down time. Hopefully, they are not offended when they read bulletins posted by "friends". Oh, I cannot wait to see a picture of Tom, and an eighth definition of friend in the dictionary.

Now there is a bulletin: New definitions for friend.

Personally, I have only got pissed at these people once. The time, August 1st, 2007, 0:00 hours. The place, WalMart in East Peoria. The mission, get a fifth of mid-priced vodka to binge on during the fifth morning of my vacation.

Thank god for Huck's. It was difficult to navigate through the Booze aisle since it was across from the Soft Drink aisle.

I was calm throughout the situation. When I got to my spot in the checkout queue, behind ten seemingly deadbeat families, I took a deep breath and placed the 750 ml bottle of Smirnoff behind a bag of Twizzlers in the candy section behind me.

Walking to my car to go to Huck's, I realized why the Mart was the place to be. Link card recharge.

Did I think about why the lazy buggy riding motherfuckers had to inconvenience my only overweight (not obese) ass? No. I blame the Mart for the inconvenience.

They knew this day was coming. Why weren't all the lanes open? Why do they have to make the alcoholic's hunt for hooch so difficult? Did they have to put a $5.50 video bin close to the checkout for the poor folks to review, gawk, and delay the checkout process?

Why not have some self check out aisles open with World War 2 veteran greeters ready to beat down shop lifters with the female greeters' loaded purses?

I say blame the rich. The spirit of Lemmy compels me. "Come on baby eat the rich, take a bite out of the son of a bitch."

The rich, redneck fucks that developed the Discount Price mecca are the truly guilty. I know it breaks the rules of marketing and business, but a little convenience. Not for the sake of ease, but for the sake of common courtesy for our fellow persons (FYR). A little compassion.

A little compassion from the rich. A little compassion from the individuals who can afford it.

A little compassion from the fellow rednecks who had rich slave owner families that didn't fuck up during reconstruction. Or the scum that capitalized on the destruction of the Confederacy.

Dare I say, let's blame modern Republicans? People who only care about decadence instead of the people who voted them into the office. Bubba, Dub ain't one of your own.

In principle, I feel the government should not be giving welfare to the unfortunate. Because the government has no compassion, and that's what welfare is.

Also, this is a government of capitalism. You can make as much money as you want. The people should be the ones with the money to spend on what they want.

How about helping people as one of the wants?

Sadly, people only think about their wants instead of their needs.

If you can afford it, it should be your responsibility to assist the people who you feel deserve a chance. Why do you want more that you need?
Paris Hilton:
  • Get your house,
  • Get your car,
  • Get your puppy that God must have damned in a past life,
  • Get your boat,
  • Get your Wii,
  • Get your jet,
  • Get your vacation house,
  • Get your motorcycle,
  • Get your insurance for your incompetent cunt,
  • Get your 401K,
  • Get your nanny prepped for your inevitable offspring.
BUT FOR FUCK SAKE, DO YOU NEED MORE THAN ONE OF ANY OF THESE ITEMS?

What will you do with the rest of this money? How about sobering up the folks who cannot get into White Oaks? How about dropping off care packages of the bare essentials to the families in the PJs?

Are we so fed up with the "deadbeats", or are we just jealous? If we do not want to be charitable, then it seems that you want to be a rich, lazy decadent. Is that any better?

If that's the case, who else but the government can pay the poor? Lord knows they don't have the time and person power (FYR), to carefully scrutinize who deserves it or not.

They are too lazy to be upper middle-class deadbeats.

Don't worry about who the government gives money to, worry about who you care to be compassionate to.

Just be compassionate. Regardless of your income: don't be lazy, don't be a deadbeat. Because no matter how much you make, you can still be a fuck up.
